Shipping and Returns:

We ship directly to you from warehouses in Nairobi, Kenya. There is also store pickup option. If you would like an all inclusive quote to your door call us on +254 715 177 456 and our staff will be more than happy to answer all your questions. Alternatively, use the ''estimate shipping" button during the order process. For heavy equipment we use Courier Service (or affiliates) wherever possible. Please indicate any special requests (eg. call before delivery) in your order. Delivery usually takes 3 - 5 working days, however due to unusual circumstances (such as public holidays, carrier disputes and natural disaster) we cannot always achieve this. In any event, you will be kept up-to-date in the Members section. After your order has been dispatched, you can trace it's progress online using the Track and Trace feature. Simply enter your tracking number from the Order Status section of our website and you can see the estimated date of arrival and the location of your goods at any time. Please Note: Any large items(over 20kg) must have someone at the drop off address to help unload the item, if no one is home the item will be returned to star tracks depo and the customer will have to pick it up at there own cost, Customer that can't help with the unloading of the item can arrange to have a 2nd person on the delivery at an extra charge please call Aussie Fitness for this service. If a delivery has been sent and you have not asked for the item to be left if no one is home, the item will be taken back to star tracks depo and the customer will have to pick it up at there own cost.


No returns will be accepted unless you have an RA [return authorization number] If returning an opened box, a 25% restocking fee applies. If the returned item was not opened, the 25% restocking fee will not apply, must be in original packaging. For a return with an RA [return authorization number] the cost of the item will only be credited. The shipping costs will be your responsibility and will not be credited. You must take insurance on any goods returned at your expense and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns are subject to thorough inspection for damaged goods. Goods missing parts will not be accepted for return.
